Overview
Most interior design firms subcontract their carpentry — the biggest line item in a Singapore renovation — to an external workshop. We're built the other way round: a carpentry workshop that designs. On a design-and-build project, the design and every piece of carpentry stay in-house at our Eunos workshop, and the remaining trades — flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, hacking — come from regular partners we coordinate.
The process runs like our carpentry projects, widened to the whole flat: site visit and measurement, design and 3D mock-ups, your sign-off before anything is fabricated, then one sequence covering every trade with one person to talk to throughout. It's for homeowners who want the whole place handled without engaging an ID firm and a separate carpenter.

01 How is this different from hiring an interior design firm?
Most ID firms subcontract their carpentry to an external workshop. We're the reverse: design and carpentry are the same in-house team, and the remaining trades come from regular partners we coordinate. You get one point of contact, with the largest part of the build under direct control.
02 Do you charge a separate design fee?
No. Design is included in the project price once you confirm — the same basis as our carpentry projects. 3D mock-ups are produced after the site visit, and fabrication only starts after you sign off.
03 What exactly is done in-house versus by partners?
In-house: design, space planning, 3D mock-ups, and every piece of carpentry, fabricated at our Eunos workshop. Partner trades: flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and hacking — carried out by regular partners and scheduled by us so the sequence holds.
04 Can I still engage you for carpentry only?
Yes — most of our projects are carpentry-direct, where you manage the other trades or already have a contractor. Design-and-build is for homeowners who want one team handling the whole scope.
